Telephone Banking
Our automated phone banking service, CU Talk, allows you to do your banking quickly, easily and safely. It’s a helpful option for checking balances, viewing recent transactions, transferring funds and more. It’s easy to use because it provides you with options as you go.
To sign up for CU Talk, call the credit union and we'll get you set up. After you are enrolled in CU Talk, simply dial (toll-free)1-866-267-4729, or call 616-452-2161 and press 1. Then follow these steps:
- Enter your NEW account number, then press #.
- Enter your temporary PIN (the last four digits of the primary account holder’s SSN), then press #.
- You will then be prompted to enter a new PIN, then press #.
- Confirm your new PIN.

Text Message Banking
Based on your preference, you can choose whether you want to use a text message or your mobile web browser for fast access to your finances on the go, with the same security as online banking. Now that we are past our official merger date, to use our new FREE Text Banking, you will need to re-enroll in It'sMe247 Text Banking.
You can sign up for Text Message Banking in Bloom Credit Union's Online Banking by clicking on the "Go Mobile" button on the toolbar. Then select "Text Banking Home" and follow the prompts to enroll. After enrollment, you will text commands to IM247 (46247). A list of text banking commands will be provided to you during the enrollment process. There is no Bloom fee associated with text banking, but your mobile carrier's standard text messaging fees will apply.
