An upgrade to our mobile app’s multi-factor authentication services, such as Face ID and Fingerprint options, is being performed this week. Click details for quick and simple guidance.

While these services are being upgraded for increased security this week, to login you will need to use your username and password. After the upgrade is completed later this week, in the mobile app you will be able to re-enroll in your preferred option: Face ID, Pin, Fingerprint, or Voice Authentication. To do so, click on your profile icon in the top right of your screen, go to Authentication Options, and choose which option you'd like to securely login with. You may have to un-enroll and then re-enroll in the service, but it is a quick and simple process!  You do not need to change your Online Banking user name or password.

Our WMCU Mobile App is availabe in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can find it by searching "WMCU", or Android users can download it here.  Apple iPhone users can download it here.  The App is called “WMCU” because both Bloom and West Michigan CU are divisions of WMCU. The app icon has the Bloom B and West Michigan CU’s Michigan mitten graphic. Your account number is what you enter in the username field.
