How to enroll in updated Bloom Online Banking.
Click on "First Time User" on this website's home page in the top left hand corner, underneath the login box. Then follow the steps. For user name, as it shows, enter your account number.
For security purposes, you will then be required to set up a new username. In the next field enter your full social security number. A security code will be sent to you via text or email. Once you enter that code, you will be able to set up your permanent password, along with your security questions and answers. Then you can log in.
What you’ll see: Since Bloom Credit Union and West Michigan Credit Union are both Divisions of WMCU, and on the same system, you will see both credit union logos in a number of places, including the in Online Banking, on monthly statements, in the app and in emails.
